Purton House is a Grade II country house set in its
own stunning grounds, in the heart of Wiltshire.
The house has
been the home of the Barker family for over 30 years and was
formerly the home of the only white Maharaja. Run primarily as
an organic box scheme farm, 82 acres has been procured by
Planet Pursuits Event Management to host an array of corporate
event activities, from clay shoot for a few to a fun day for a
few thousand.
Purton House events include: Fun Days, Team Building Days, Clay
Shoots, Corporate Games, Weddings, Festivals, Parties and
Filming.
Whilst the main house is a private residence, we can request to host
small meetings and private dinners for up to 24 guests. The
grounds extend to a 12 acre event field, with a 2 acre lake
and house forming a backdrop to events hosted here. A further
40 acres is used for Clay shooting and an additional 14 acres
for Paintball and corporate games.
The venue is conveniently located just 5 miles off junction 16
of the M4 motorway and 6 miles from Swindon mainline station.
